Very comfortable and clean room, good Wi-Fi.
Standard motel breakfast
Good owners. Pleasant breakfast. Was good location. Wish had a pool but no other issues.
Not a big fan of Sacramento but was in walking area good for dog.
Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Bed was a little hard but it was minor.
Neighbors yelling most of the night..
Great motel, spacious very clean room, bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and clean, and very good amenities. walking distance to downtown and night life, there is also a close by public laundry and grocery store. Cancellation policy is very flexable in case of last-minute change of plans.Overall two thumbs up! Would definitely stay here again.
Great Location, walking distance to the Capitol and Convention Center
the building looks rundown and the office area had a strong unidentifiable smell
Towels smelled like fresh laundry. Room was clean. Overall safe and quiet area.
Air conditioner didn't work so we opened the window but there were men standing outside smoking most of the evening. TV was hard to use, dish network, it took a few tries to get it working. Cigarette burns on the bed cover, some stains on the bedding, but was clean. Staff wasn't pleasant. Seemed annoyed I showed up to check in and out.
Love the new remodel! Love the new and better tv reception. I stayed here 6 months ago and it was below average. Great improvements thank you!
Very cost effective for an over night stay. Room was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The mattress was very comfortable, not sagging, and supported me well. Breakfast was good. Located across the street from the historic old Governors Mansion, the Capitol is about a $7 cab ride away.
The bathroom light bulb burned out while I was in the shower, but there is a "heat" light, so it wasn't too bad.
Good location, within walking distance of the local bars on 16th street and midtown. Free WiFi was good as we didn't have service on our phones so we could contact home and use uber
A bit far to walk for old sacramento and Macys, no local shopping nearby. The staff were ok. The rooms have a smell like urinal cakes but are clean and good sized beds
The location is good for downtown, but a little far from the old town. It's a great price compared to the rest of the hotels around it.
The lady we spoke to first was very rude when she couldn't find our booking and just said,"no,I don't have a booking for you." so I think she expected us to just leave. After she left and the guy took over, everything was sorted out and we checked in. No other complaints other than that, but they need to give that woman some customer service lessons.
Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and welcoming staff!
It was very clean, quiet and well taken care of. The beds were surprisingly comfy.
The continental breakfast wasn't very good. Coffee was kinda bad.
I chose the hotel for the price.
The rooms are very old and should be renewed. The wifi didn't work in the room we had. Sacramento is not worth the visit.
